2023 Narrative Conference

Building on the success of the 2022 conference, the 2023 International Conference on Narrative conference will follow a fully synchronous hybrid format. Presentations included in any panel may be either online or onsite. All sessions will be live streamed, recorded, and made available to registrants for one month following the conference. All participants must join the International Society for the Study of Narrative (subscribing to the Narrative journal includes membership in the ISSN) before the conference.

Travel Information:
Dallas is served by two airports: From Dallas/Forth Worth international airport (DFW), the Crowne Plaza is a 20 minute drive/taxi ride or 53 minutes on the Orange DART commuter rail line. From the smaller Dallas Love field (DAL), the Crowne Plaza is a 15 minute drive/taxi ride.
The Crowne Plaza is within walking distance of major attractions like the Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza, Dallas Holocaust Museum, Dallas World Aquarium, Perot Museum of Science and Nature, Dallas Art Museum, Crow Museum of Asian Art, etc. and within a short train or tram ride to much more. Please note that the ISSN room rate at the Crowne Plaza extends from February 28th to March 5, in case you would like to make a destination trip!
